Indian Humpy Koneru (2607) is leading the tournament. Koneru defeated outsider Guliskhan Nakhbayeva of Kazakhstan (2307) and earned 7.5 points. Harika Dronavalli of India (2475) is in the second place with 6.5 points. She beat Nafisa Muminova of Uzbekistan (2293).
