Turkish periodicals (Fotomac, Gunebakis) have spread information, that Zurab Khizanishvili will change the club and will join “Trabzonspor” from “Kaiseryspor”. Now, Tolunay Kafkas trains “Trabzonspor” and who was the head coach of “Kaiseryspor” before coming Shota Arveladze. Tolunay knows Khizanishvili- they played well in Tbilisi, 2008 together, in the farewell match of Shota Arveladze. Tolunay used to play for “Trabzonspor” for years and he is a friend of Arveladze.
“We need a experienced defender and to my mind, Khizanishvili is quite good version”-says Tolunay. Zurab’s contract with “Trabzonspor” expires at the end of the season. As Zurab says, “Trabzonspor” is a better version, because it is closer to Georgia.
“Trabzonspor” is in the 10th place in Turkish Super League. It can be said that the club failed in this season, though “Trabzonspor” is s larger team than “Kaiserispor” and it has more traditions.
