There are no National Championship of Cup matches without complaining referees. The club presidents also joined to this protest. Giorgi Tkavadze general director of “Dinamo” showed his protest to the assistant of referee and that’s why he watched the match from tribune. Giorgi Rukhadze owner of “Wit Georgia” after semi-quarter match between “Wit-Georgia” and “Spartaki” stated to press that referees are serious mafia men and threatened them of destroying this serious clan. 
Georgian referees besides working for 3 months without salaries have new problem. One of the important figures in Georgian football threatened their clan. Yesterday one problem was solved, they got two-month salary. “World Sport” started talking about this problem with a head of GFF referees’ departure Levan Paniashvili.
- Mister Levan,as we heard, your colleagues have got salary. Supposedly, their control will be easier?
- I cannot say anything control, but they will have more motivation. When a man does not take salary for 3 months, of course he does not have any motivation.
-Have they been paid whole debt or just part of it?
- There have been given salary of October and November, next week maybe November’s salary.
- It is known that, Football Federation increases referee’s salary since New Year. Can you say, how much will be salary of Supreme League referees.
- I cannot say, but as I know their salary will increase 2-3 times. Now Supreme League referee will get 290 GEL for one month work. It must be mentioned that salary increases of each official match’s referee and observes. So, this project is being worked and since New Year everything will be found out.
- As far as I know clubs’ membership fare, which was the source of referees’ salary lessened twice. Of course this money is not enough to increase referees’ salary. How are you going to do it?
- As I know, one of the sources of it is government, which will help federation to carry out this project. Federation also works to find other source.
- Leadership of Georgian clubs complains referees very often. Guram Rukhadze the president of “Wit-Georgia” stated in press that there is serious mafia clan. If it is true, you are one of the mafia men of chief mafia.
- It is stupidity, which has its aim. When a person talks about anything, he has to name people.  When the club has some problems in playing quality or in discipline, they try to blame others.
As usual, there is try to win over control over referees. They want to involve in referees’ appointment. If you pay attention, there were names those referees who umpire well (Nonikashvili, Silagava edt.) and bad (Kvaratskhelia- edt) in “Wit Georgia” matches. They even do not hide who is good and bad for them. Excuse me but, we have to appoint according to their wish? We cannot justify your demands. As for this fact, which caused this protest was that penalty which was shown in “Wit-Georgia” “Spartaki” match. We used video record of this match, made photos and it is distinguished that the player played with hand, what shall I do in such case, offend referee why did he show 100% penalty?

- I have to change topic a little. A well-known specialist Anatoly Milchenko is considered as a person who grown up some generations of referee.  Now he works as a sport director in “Wit-Georgia”. As it is said, teacher can influence on his pupil. Has he never influenced on you?
- I cannot say about anyone’s influence. I have my own personal experience and I can say that, there was not any kind of influence on me from inside and from outside. I do not wonder this topic and to tell the truth do not want to look back.
- Let’s go back to out topic and summarize. So, we should not search mafia in Georgian referee corps?  
- Of course, we should not. Mafia has quite different meaning and it does not suite Georgian referee corps. I advice them, to look after their clubs’ development, about playing quality, discipline and they will succeed only in such way. I think it is not right to achieve goal with all methods. It will not bring success to anyone.
- But it will not be right, if we start claiming that Georgian referees have good reputation.
- If there are some mistakes we do not hide it. If the referee is true, we have to punish him? Not only Georgian clubs’ leadership does not like referees. Even leaderships of “Real” and “Arsenal” show protest to referees. Then they are punished due to much protest. It is life of referees. But here everything has degraded form

- How do you think, they also must be punished due to such statements as it happens in abroad? Last year Otar Korghalidze was fined due to offending referees.

- To my mind, person must be punished due to unbalanced talk by discipline committee. It does not need additional sources, there is newspaper where is the article abut referees, they ca read this article and then punish this man.  
When a person blames you, he has to show argumentation. If he cannot show it, he must be punished. About this topic we connected to Temur Ghaghanidze, one of the members of GFF Discipline Committee.
- Mister Temur, there was such fact that coach who showed protest without argumentation was fined. Are you going to fine the president of “Wit-Georgia” due to the statement in press?
- I remember, that there was such fact. But in case Otar Korghalidze we did not discus it. The coach was fined by federation then. If talk is about umpiring, it is discussed by federation.  
“World Sport” connected to Sergo Kvaratskhelia a chairman of Referee Committee. Of course he is also virtual target of “Veterans” president. In a talk with him, we paid attention to one of the workmates of “Wit-Georgia” who became a member of Referee Committee.
Anatoly Milchenko was one of the candidates in GFF Referee Committee. His experience and qualifications will help Georgian referees, but it is interesting we they avoided to appoint Milchenko in this position.  
- Mister Sergo, we wrote down before, that you were going to appoint Anatoly Milchenko, but it was not happen so, at this time he was working in “Wit-Georgia” as a sport director.
- Yes it is true.

- We made mistake. I did not know that he was working in club.
