Irakli Uznadze, head coach of the Georgian judo team, named those 9 sportsmen who will participate in World Championship which will take place in Rio de Janeiro from 26 August to 1 September.

Two-two judokas will wrestle in 73 and 81 kg. It is pleasant that Levan Tsiklauri is on form.

The Georgian judo team will leave Kvareli district on 15 August and will depart for Brazil on 17 August. The team will continue preparing for World Championship there.
