Georgian U-21 Team finished foursome tournament without gaining a point in Austria. After losing with Israel 0:2 and Albania 1:3, they could not manage to win over Romanian team – 1:2.
Giorgi Chanturia of “Vitesse” scored at the 32^nd minutes, it is his first goal for U-21 team. It is noteworthy that one of the Romanian players was shown red card and left the field, but in spite of this they managed to score two goals at 74^th and at 85^th minutes. At 89^th minutes Levan Kakubava was shown red card and Georgian Team also finished this match with 10 players.
Finally Romanian team became champion. Georgian U-21 which is newly created team plays against Spain, Croatia, Switzerland and Estonia at qualifying round of Euro-2013. Georgian Team holds the first qualifying match against Croatian team.
