Two Georgian Greco-Roman wrestlers went through to semifinal of European Championship which is underway at Tbilisi Sports Palace. Zurab Datunashvili beat Bozo Starcevic of Croatia in two periods – 2:0 1:0. Vladimer Gegeshidze (84kg) beat current European champion Hristo Marinov of Bulgaria.

In semifinal Datunashvili will wrestle against Pascal Eisele of Germany and Gegeshidze – against winner between Artur Shahinyan of Armenia and Antti Hakala of Finland.
