“Batumi XV” one of the leaders of Georgian Championship lost several matches in the XXIIthe round and now needs to win two matches for having chance for the next season. Only winning will not be enough in the XIII th round, “Academy” should lose for “Batumi XV” success.
In the last round were found out those teams which will be play in the play off of this championship, but some of them, still should fight for leadership.
The most important match of this round will be held at “Lokomotivi” base between “Lokomotivi” and “Vissol Kochebi”. The result of this match is possible to change leaders’ condition. Places in the top 4 for both of the teams are guaranteed. According to Australian rules the first place winner holds match against the second place winner and winner participate in final match and as for loser, this team does not have right of playing in final match. This team will play against winner between the third and the fourth place owners. Loser teams took the fourth place. The first round match among these teams was planned for May 15 but delayed due to rain for June 3. On June 3 “Vissol Kochebi” won over “Lokomotivi” 22:15. In the last match both of these teams won. “Lokomotivi” won over “Armazi” 31:22 and as for “Vissol Kochebi”, they beat “Batumi XV 33:32. Today’s match between “Lokomotivi” and “Vissol Kochebi” starts at 15:30.
In case of “Vissol Kochebi” loosing, “Aia” Kutaisi have chance of becoming a leader. “Aia” beat “Lelo” 31:18 in the last match and now will held match against “Batumi XV” in the city of Georgia, Batumi. This match is very important for “Batumi XV”, they need 2 points for keeping place among the leaders. The match starts at 15:30.
As for other participant teams, in the last round “Lelo” lost with “Academy” 18:31 and “Academy” lost with “Kharebi” 13:18. If “Academy” does not lose next match in case of “Batumi XV” winning, the next match between them will be tensed. The match between “Lelo” and “Academy” starts at 16:00.
The match between “Kharebi” and “Armazi” Tbilisi takes place at 14:00. In the first round “Armazi” managed to beat “Kharebi” 25:10, but in the latest time “Kharebi” looks quite well and won 5 matches from 6 ones. They hold last match against “Academy” and managed to win over them 18:13. As for “Armazi”, they lost with “Lokomotivi” 22:31and now should mobilize.  
According to Niaz Mamrikishvili a head of Rugby Competing Committee said to “World Sport” in spite of rainy weather all the planned matches will be held.
