Temur Ketsbaia stated in an interview of one of the radios of Cyprus that he is to continue working with Georgian National Football Team after qualifying round of European Championship. So it means that he will work till the end of qualifying round of World Championship 2014 and till the end of 2013.  Ketsbaia stated that the agreement with Georgian Football Federation was reached but was not singed yet.

“We agreed with four-year cooperation, but we have not singed an agreement yet. I am glad that I work with Georgian National Team, because I feel people appreciate me. I like taking risk, it is in my character. I want to take Georgia from blind alley and to reach as much success as it is possible.  There are problems but I am happy with my job”.
Ketsbaia talks about current qualifying round and he is sorry that lost match with Israel, but actually he pays more attention to progress of Georgian National Team:” Thanks god we have progress. There are 4 matchers ahead us and we have chance to finish this qualifying round successfully. If we use our advantages, we can take the second place. Croatia is the best in our group and it is very difficult to take the first place. We celebrated bit victory over Croatian team, but unfortunately we could not manage to beat Israeli Team. The main is that we have self-confidence and we want to use our talents who are many in Georgia. Our talented players play in abroad for improving their playing style. We look the future in optimistic way and we hope that will have better team in the future”.
You are supposed to know that AEK Athens wants to hire Temur Ketsbaia as head coach of their team. He stated the following about it:” I know that there are many problems in AEK. There is economics crisis in the club and to overcome this is very difficult”.
