Temur Ketsabia:" Thanks to my Players"

Slovenian publication mentioned how happy was last November for Slovenian football, because they went through the final stage of big tournaments three times and all these times in November. On November 18, Slovenian National Team won over Russian one 1:0 and got right of going through the 2010 World Championship. But according to publications this November was unlucky was them. As for Georgians, November 18 is also distinguished and red -letter day in Georgian Football history. On that day “Dinamo” Tbilisi beat “Torpedo” Moscow 4:1 and became Champion of the USSR first time in 1964.

Zurnal 24 headlined the match between Georgia and Slovenia as a “Black Minute”. After the match was held press-conference, Temur Ketsbaia a head coach of Georgian National Team stated the following:” It was quite well sparring match. Slovenia was in good condition and that’s why we have a lot of difficulties. But Georgian players did their best during full time and were looking forward their chance. I congratulate them, this victory made me happy very much, it means much for us. Qualifying matches are still ahead and we hold qualifying match against Croatia in March. I want to thank host Slovenian National Team and wish them all the best”.
Mtiaj Kek (a head of Slovenian National Team):” after big success such fall must not be surprising. We could not use our changes and we were punished with two goals due to one minute careless.  Georgian National Team proved that their latest success is not occasional. They have quite well team. We wanted to finish 2010 with victory, but unfortunately we could not managed”.

Cesar (he scored a goal, made a mistake and assisted goal to Guruli, who scored responsive goal):” Such mistakes are common in any kind of sport. We were playing well, but we lost due to bad mistakes. There is enough time till the qualifying match and now its time to analyze everything. I also appraise Georgian National Team, they played quite well”.
