The fourth round of Archery World Cup, which takes places in the city of China, Shanghai was not successful for Georgian archers.
The best result among Georgians showed Kristine Esebua in individual ranking, she is on the 24th place with 638 points. Khatuna Narimanidze is on the 36th place with 638 points, Asmat Diasamidze is on the 50th place with 618 points and as for Natia Tsintsadze, she is on the 76th place among 83 participants with 570 points and could not go through play off.
Esebua was the only archer of Georgia who was successful in the first round of final stage. She beat Katerina Palekha of Ukraine 4:2, but in 1/6 final Naomi Folkard of the GB beat her 0:4.
Khatuna Kvrivishvili participated much better then others, this time she represents the U.S.A with Lorig surname. In team ranking bronze prize-winner of Barcelona is on the 5th place in ranking, she beat three rivals in the final and left tournament in the semi quarter after losing with Indian Kumari 5:6.
It is worth mentioning that, Kvrivishvili is to play against compatriots tomorrow. In team ranking No. 14 Georgia is to play against the 3rd ranked team of the U.S.A. Winner from this couple plays against Russia and Britain in the semi quarter.
