Maka Chakhnashvili competes successfully at the tournament which is underway in the city of Italy, Civitavecchia (prize money 25 000). She won over one of the winners of qualification – Ukrainian Valentina Ivakhnenko 6:4, 4:6, 6:0. As a result he went through 1/8 final. Georgian tennis player lost with Gregoire Barrere 5:7, 5:7. In double’s tournament Metreveli and Lama of Chile start competing from the 1/8 final and will compete against Indian-German duet (Bava-Criste).
