Tatishvili Endured Oudin for an Hour

 

Georgian top seed Ana Tatishvili lost in 1/8 final of international tournament which is under way in the city of Canada, Quebec. She lost chance of advancing in rating.
In the first half of ‘Challenge Bell” Tatishvili beat Australian Ailcia Molik 3:6, 6:2, 6:2 and in the second circle she could not beat No.5 seed American Melanie Oudin and lost in one hour 3:6, 0:6.
At the first serve Tatishvili had 80% advantage and made only one double mistake, she won 8 received balls from 32, at the second serve she did well and won 4 from 8. she used only one break-point and let serve 5times.
Georgian tennis player for going through the 1/8 in Quebec tournament gained 30 rating points and was awarded with 2 950 USD, but Tatishvili was in the main wrap of “Chellenge Bell” since last year and gained 16 points, she will fill her rating points with 14 points.
Nowadays, Tatishvili’s point is 422 and she is in the 154th place in the rating of WTA. After gaining points in Canada she advanced approximately with 5 places.
Today, in the evening at 22:00 Tatishvili and Lilia Ostrelo of the U.S.A will play in the semi quarter of “Challenge Cup” couple tournament, their opponents are Jil Craybas of the U.S.A and Julia Gorges of Germany.
