Nugzar Tatalashvili (73kg), member of Georgian Judo Team, held his first meeting in the current World Championship in Rio de Janeiro. He faced to Thomas Bringas of Chile, in 34 seconds he lost by Ippon and went through the second circle, where he will face to Attila Ungvari of Hungary.

Zebeda Rekhviashvili will also wrestle in 73 kg weight category. He will join the competition from the 1/32 final and he will wrestle against Dominique Fausto Vivieca.
