Giorgi Tsintsadze celebrated return to Estonian "Tartu Rock" with winning quite solid title. In the final of Baltic League Cup his club beat Lithuanian "Lietuvos Rytas" 61:57 and won the main prize.
Tartu hosted the final of Baltic League Cup. This was a 2-day mini-tournament where Lithuanian "Rytas", Estonian "Kalev Kramo" and Latvian champion "Ventspils" participated along with host "Rock".
"Rock" beat "Kalev" 73:54 in the semifinal. Tsintsadze played in the main staff and scored 5 points and 3 rebounds during 24 minutes. The most important was his 8 assists which helped the hosts to win.
In the final "Rock" played against "Lietuvos Rytas" which defeated "Ventspils" 82:63 in the semifinal. The decesive match turned out quite tense and finally, it finished with the victory of "Rock" - 61:57.
Georgian basketball player played during 16 minutes. "Bu" scored 4 points, 2 rebounds and 1 steal. Tsintsadze scored 2 2-point from 6 and missed 2 3-point.
Baltic League starts on September 29. On September 30 "Rock" will hold the first match against "Dolphins" Norchoping in Sweden.
