Shota Arveladze also watched the practice of Georgian team in the “Basa”, technical center of GFF. Shota Arveladze, the best bombardier ever and the head coach of Turkish “Kasimpasa”, will return again in Turkey today. “World Sport” talked to Shota:

- Your team started this season well. What is your goal?

- We wish to go through the Euro tournaments.

- Is ”Kasipasa” stronger than last season?

- I think it is. I mean either lineup or playing quality.

- You play against “Fenerbahce” next round. By the way, we saw video, where you say something funny about “Fenerbahce” – many people saw this video and what were you saying?

- We were playing against “Fenerbahce” at the Cup 3 days earlier. We were winning, but finally the opponent equalized and we lost in the penalty series. Before they scored, I wanted to replace players but I was not allowed and they scored. The same situation was in the next match: I was not allowed to replace players, I called the referee: “raise the flag, it is not the same match against “Fenerbahce””. They understood this and picked up.

-Turkish Super League and Netherlands Eredivision – which one would you place at first?

- I think, Turkish Championship is better. Netherland has many leading teams and they have different class, but average teams of Turkey is better. The more competition is in Turkey. I think so.

- Why did not appear Georgian players in Turkey? Even young players, who played excellent in the European Championship?

-There was a time, we were many. Probably, there is no such attention, as it was before. Besides, there is a limit and Turkish prefer to bring players from Brazil, Argentina and Africa. Only Zurab Khizanishvili stayed.

- When Georgian football players reach the age of youth, they stop growing – this happens very often now. What would you say, what are the main reasons of this?

- There are many factors. First and main: Georgian Championship is not in such level, where they can develop. Now, U19 played in the European Championship, how many among them were without club? 3 boys. Factually, team is not for their development. Deficiency is in this regard.

- Probably, you have seen the match against Kazakhstan. The result is understandable and what can you say about the quality of the game?

- The game was good. They were oriented to attack. But the result … everybody thinks, that first should be the result and then game. But what can be better, when both if these is together?

- And finally one more question. The team has coach, but do you think that you will train the team in future?

- To tell the truth, I have not thought about this.

- Why?

- Being the coach of Georgian team is the most difficult profession. Even being minister…
