Georgian Sofia Shapatava lost to Antonia Lottner of Germany 6:2, 5:7, 2:6 in the first round of the Versmold tournament (Germany, 50 000 USD). It is worth mentioning that last week the Georgian tennis player lost to Lottner in ¼ final of the Stuttgart-Vaihingen tournament (25 000 USD).

Anna Tatishvili overcame the first round of “Reinert Open” and in 1/8 final she will face Renata Voracova of Czech Republic.

In the first round of doubles draw No.2 seed duet of Shapatava and Tatishvili beat Korpatsch and Stoll 6:1, 6:1. In ¼ final they will play Natela Dzalamidze of Russia and Anna Zaja of Germany.
