Spanish “Zaragoza” has a successful start at Eurocup. Georgian basketball players Giorgi Shermadini and Viktor Sanikidze showed themselves.

The both Georgians were in lineup against “Mons” of Belgium. The Aragon team won 73:56. Shermadini played for 25:34 minutes and made a double-double.

The Georgian center scored 3 from 7 2 points and all 4 free throws. He added 10 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal to 10 points. Giorgi had one turnover and received one personal foul. 3 fouls were committed against him.

Finally, Shermadini had 20 coefficients, like his teammate Jonathan Tabu. The player of the Belgian national team earned 10 points and 6 rebounds.

At Eurocup “Zaragoza” will hold the next game against “Alba” Berlin on 23 October. In the first round “Alba” defeated German club “Telekom Baskets” 86:65 in Bonn.
