Georgia expressed a desire to host the 2018 Chess Olympics.

Gia Giorgadze, president of the Georgian Chess Federation and international grandmaster, informed “World Sport”.

The host country of the 2018 Olympics will be known after the end of the 2014 Olympics which will take place in Tromso (Norway) in August.
