The Georgian youth judo team beat France 5:0 at the European Championships Juniors which is under way in Bucharest, Romania. The Georgians are through to semifinal. The team of Gia Gugava is top seeded at the tournament.

Here is the composition of the Georgian team: Gela Kelikhashvili (66 kg), Koba Mchedlishvili (73 kg), Ushangi Margiani (81 kg), Beka Gviniashvili (90 kg) and Guram Tushishvili (+90 kg).

In semifinal Georgia will face Russia. Austria and Ukraine will wrestle in the second semifinal.
