Sandro Kobakhidze, member of Georgian football national team and midfielder of “Dnepr” Dnepropetrovsk, played without substitution against “Kalius” Estonia in the repeated match of Europe League Playoff and scored at the 39th minute.
The 26-year-old player is not playing in the Ukrainian Championships, but he has a chance to show himself in the Europe League. Kobakhidze talked to Football.ua after the winning in the match against Tallinn 2:0.
-at the beginning of the match it was an embarrassing moment for you when you needed help.
-it was a normal football situation. Everything happened by chance – we just attacked by head. Nothing important, it happens.
-you played very actively
-I have not played for a long time and I missed it. I wanted to show myself. There was a good atmosphere on the stadium and I just went to the field to play.
-where will be more difficult for you, here or in Tallinn?
-I cannot say so, it was an ordinary game. We approached it seriously, as if there were not the results of the first match. Moreover, today played those players, who usually play seldom and we wanted to show our best sides.
-you can say that you played with all your soul and heart?
-you should held all games with all your desire.
-but there was not any psychological pressure for you today. The result of the first match was satisfying for you.
-of course, we were calm about this. After winning, we had time to relax.
-remember you goal
-Seleznev made a good assist to me. I was face to face with the goalkeeper. I saw, that the corner was empty and I kicked in that way.
-soon, the voting will be held. Are there any teams, which do you wish to be your opponents?
-we are impatiently waiting for the voting, but I do not have any concrete desire. The most important is to go through the group stage. We expect very interesting matches.
