In 1/8 final of Ukrainian Cup “Volyn” of Sandro Kobakhidze beat “Dnipro” of Jaba Kankava 1:0 and took one step to go through the next round.

Sandro Kobakhidze and Jaba Kankava played from start to finish in “Volyn”-“Dnipro” match.

After the match the official site of “Volyn” released the comment of Kobakhidze.

“We carried out instructions of the coach. We played well in defense and offence as well. I think the both teams did their best and the second leg will be tough in Dnipropetrovsk.

“I am often asked questions after playing for “Volyn” on loan. I am a professional football player and I will try to play well in any club” – stated the Georgian midfielder.

The second leg of Ukrainian 1/8 final will be held on October 29.
