At the current tournament of beach volleyball World Championship Saka-Rtvelo which staff consists of Brazilian duet (Kristina Santana - Andrezza Chagas) won the 17th and the 24th places in the city of Poland, Jablonki. They were awarded with 160 rating points and 5 100 $.
Saka-Rtvelo plays with number 16 and has two wins in group’s first matches. Santana and Chagas first met Czech duet (Klapalova - Haechkova, rank 17) and beat 2:0 (21:14, 21:13) then they met Polish duet (Kolesnikova and Galek, rank 32) and won easily 2:0 (21:16, 21:13).
At last meeting of the tournament Brazilian – Georgians lost with Brazilian duet (Larisa-Juliana, rank 1) which was considered as favorite duet 0:2 (13:21, 18:21) and they went through play-off where was defeated by Austrian duet (Hansel – Montaniel, rank 7) 1:2 (23:21, 14:21, 9:15)
Brazilian men duet Geor-Gia (Renato Gomes-Jorge Tarsheiro) went through play-off with one win.
In O group first Geor-Gia, which has rank 27 met Chinese duet ( Wu-Qsu) 1:2  (21:17, 19:21, 10:15) and then lost with Austrian duet (Gosh- Horst, rank 11) 0:2 (13:21, 15:21) In the last match Gomes and Tarsheiro won Rassian duet Bogatov-Prokofiev, who could not go through the group.
Today Geor-Gia continues playing in play-off and does not have any losing right. Brazilian – Georgians competitor will be Spanish duet (Mesa- Lario, rank 28). Winner of this match will meet German duet (Brick-Rekaman, rank 2) in 1/8 final.
