The Disciplinary Committee of the Georgian Football Federation fined “Sioni” Bolnisi with 25 000 GEL, “Dila” Gori and “Merani” with 23-23 000 GEL, “Metalurgi” Rustavi and “Kolkheti” Poti with 20-20 000 GEL. Jimsher Tkebuchava, chairman of the Disciplinary Committee, stated they made such decision due to solicitation of GFF Department of Justice. The sanctions are based on the report of betting fraud detection system. It covers the period of 2010-2013. The Disciplinary Committee has a right to fine the subjects of the football federation without any investigation, on the ground of the Code – Article 126, Part 3.

The UEFA reports are confidential. If law enforcement agencies get interested in it, the Disciplinary Committee can send the documents to the law enforcement agency.

“Metalurgi” and “Kolkheti” got in the UEFA report three-three times, “Dila” and “Merani” – four-four times and “Sioni” – five times.
