Georgian Greco-Roman Style Wrestling Team has returned from Germany. Revaz Lashkhi competitor in 60 weight category managed to win gold medal at European Championship which was held in the city of Germany, Dortmund. Georgian classic wrestlers have not won any of the medals since 2007.  Leadership of Georgian wrestling federation and reps of Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs met them at the airport.
“I am very satisfied and happy. It was very important championship and our team also represented Georgia suitably. Greco-Romans won gold medal, Freestyle wrestlers 2 silver and one bronze medal. Such result would be desirable not only for Georgia, for other countries too”- stated Kakha Gechadze president of Wrestling Federation to “World Sport”.  European champions also made a brief comment:  
I did my best for winning this title. I wanted to prove my possibilities for myself and for everyone and to listen Georgian anthem in Germany. I am happy that my hard-working was appraised”- stated Revaz Lashkhi.
