Refereeing and Monitoring Department of GFF along with refereeing committee discussed the videos of the first round matches of Supreme League. These matches were: "Baia" Zugdidi - "Sioni" Bolnisi and "Dinamo" Tbilisi - "Spartaki" Tskhinvali. Also a video of the second round match between "Chikhura" Sachkheri and "Gagra" in First League.
Unfortunalety, the video of the match between "Meshakhte" and "Chikhura" have not been discussed yet. But it will be discussed after the committee will be provided with this video. Also, it is worth mentioning that report of referees' observer consists a lot of information and it is enough to make conclusions.
Refereeing committee estimated behaviors of referees and assistants of the abovementioned matches and established the following disciplinary sanctions:
1. Because of bad refereeing Giorgi Dograshvili (referee of the match "Baia" - "Sioni") temporarily will not have a right to judge in Supreme League before the second circle, October 16. Then his refereeing quality will be observed on.
2. Because of bad refereeing Archil Kokaia (the first assistant in the match "Dinamo" - "Spartaki") temporarily will not have a right to judge in Supreme League before the second circle, October 16. Then his refereeing quality will be observed on.
3. Archil Krichashvili (referee of the match "Chikhura" - "Gagra") temporarily will not have a right to judge in Supreme and First League during 2 rounds, till September 28.
4. Zurab Aniashvili (referee of the match "Meshakhte" - "Chikhura") temporarily will not have a right to judge in First League during two rounds, till September 30.
Refereeing and Monitoring Department of GFF calls for clubs to provide them with videos regularly and in time. These videos are necessary not only for estimation of such episodes but also for holding a training to referees. It is important for improvement the refereeing quality.
Refereeing Department and Committee will react upon all those matches where low-grade, non-qualified and biased actions will be revealed.
