Temur Ketsbaia, head coach of the Georgian national football team, named those football players who are called up for a friendly match against Liechtenstein. The match will take place in Tbilisi on March 5.

According to the press office of the Football Federation, Ketsbaia chose the following football players:

Goalkeepers: Giorgi Loria (“Dinamo” Tbilisi), Nukri Revishvili (“Valleta”, Malta), Roin Kvaskhvadze (“Torpedo” Kutaisi).

Defenders: Guram Kashia (“Vitesse”, Holland), Ucha Lobzhanidze (“Dnipro”, Ukraine), Gia Grigalava (“Anzhi”, Russia), Lasha Salukvadze (“Inter”, Azerbaijan), Davit Kvirkvelia, Giorgi Khidesheli (both “Dinamo”, Tbilisi), Solomon Kvirkvelia (“Rubin”, Russia), Akaki Khubutia (“Mordovia”, Russia).

Midfielders: Murtaz Daushvili (“Karpaty” Lviv, Ukraine), Aleksandre Kobakhidze, Jaba Kankava (both “Dnipro”, Ukraine), Tornike Okriashvili (“Chornomorets” Odesa, Ukraine), Jano Ananidze (“Rostov”, Russia), Irakli Dzaria (“Dinamo”, Tbilisi), Valeri Kazaishvili (“Vitesse”, Holland), Avtandil Ebralidze (“Gil Vicente”, Portugal).

Forwards: Levan Mchedlidze (“Empoli”, Italy), Nikoloz Gelashvili (“Karabakh”, Azerbaijan), Bachana Tskhadadze (“Inter”, Azerbaijan), Giorgi Chanturia (“Cluj”, Romania).

There are two debuts in the list of Ketsbaia: Valeri Kazaishvili, midfielder of “Vitesse” Arnhem, and Giorgi Chanturia, football player of Romanian “Cluj”. Murtaz Daushvili and Lasha Salukvadze are back in the team.

The Georgian national team will start preparing for the upcoming match on the technical center “Basa” on March 3.

The upcoming match will be held on the Mikheil Meskhi stadium and will start at 18:00.
