Georgian pair Otar Japaridze and Angelina Telegina was close to earning license of Winter Olympics 2014 in Oberstdorf.

Georgian ice dancing pair earned 45.47 points in short program and took the 13^th place. In free program they took the 10^th place with 73.19 points. Finally, Japaridze and Telegina gained 118.66 points and were 1.1 points behind the Spanish duet.

The Spaniards took the 8^th place. Besides them, Chinese (4^th), Turkish (5^th), Australian (6^th) and Japanese (7^th) duets participated in the tournament. Americans, Russians, and Canadian pairs are already through the Olympics.

So, Georgia will have the only participant at the upcoming Winter Olympics. Elene Gedevanishvili took the 6^th place in Oberstdorf.
