Perhaps Tatishvili will Beat Melanie...

Georgian number 1 tennis player Anna Tatishvili is in the city of Canada, Quebec where she will hold an important match against American Milanie Oudin at dawn tomorrow.
Prize money of Challenge Bell is 220 000 USD. Tatishvili started participation from the main wrap and beat former number 8 tennis player Alicia Molik (Australia) 3:6, 6:2, 6:2.
Thanks to this success, Georgian tennis player still has 30 rating points. In case of beating Oudin in the 1/8 final, she will gain 70 points and will improve her current position (the 154th) at Women's Tennis Association (WTA).
No.5 seed American beat another American Alison Riske (the 159th) 6:2, 7:6 (7:3). Last week a 18-year-old Oudin became World number 43 tennis player. In a new rating she lost 30 positions and is in the 73rd place.
Melanie was at the peak of career in April when she was in the 32nd place. Oudin and Tatishvili held two matches against each other and American tennis player won both of them. Last year, Melanie beat Anna 6:3, 4:6, 6:4 in the 1/32 final of Ponte Vedra Beach. In the 1/16 final of Charleston she defeated Anna 6:4, 7:5.
Match between Georgian and American players is the last 6th number at "Court Bell" in Quebec. At 03:00 Tbilisi time, number 1 player of the tournament French Marion Bartoli and Canadian Rebecca Marino will play against each other. After that, match between Tatishvili and Oudin will be held. Before holding the 1/8 final of singles, future opponents have already played double matches.
No.3 seed Tatishvili and American Lilia Osterlo easily beat Czech Hlavachkova and Dutch Kraichek 6:3, 6:1 and they gained 70 rating points. In the 1/4 final, Anna and Lilia will play against the winner between Canadian (Dubua-Tetro) and American-German (Kreibas-Goerges).
American Riza Zalameda was partner of Melanie. They needed an hour and 18 minutes to beat Russian Bovina and Latvian Dekmeyere - 3:6, 6:2, 12:10.
