Georgian judoka Amiran Papinashvili (60kg) defeated French Sofian Milu at the World Championship in Chelyabinsk and made through to the semifinal.

The Georgian was losing the initial minute and a half by Yuko and Wazari, but then he managed to tackle the opponent.

Recall that before tackling against Milu Papinashvili beat Dutch Kheroen Muren and British Ashley McKenzie. In semifinal he will compete with Mongolian Boldbaatar Ganbat.
