Elizbar Odikadze the member of Georgian Free-style Wrestling Team started with European Wrestling Championship, which is underway at Tbilisi Sports Palace, with victory. In 96 kg weight category, he beat Belarusian Ivan Yankousk.

Odikadze managed to gain victory in two periods. In the first period he beat the opponent 2:1, in the second- 1:0. He gained both decisive points at the end of the period.

In the 1/8 final Elizbar Odikadze wrestles against the member of Russian National Team- Vladislav Baitsaev.
