He said that the meeting, which was closed to the media, lasted for an hour and a half and there was talk about helping the Georgian national Championship, about kid’s football, national team, hosting the European Super Cup and also a number of another topics were discussed. Khukhashvili said that the government wants the problems in football be resolved positively. On Monday morning Domenti Sichinava and Rezo Arveladze will meet the Regional Development and Infrastructure Minister Davit Narmania and in the evening the press conference for the journalist may be held by the federation president and general secretary.

Recall, that the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili met the Georgian Football Federation President Domenti Sichinava, General Secretary Rezo Arveladze, Vice-President Aleksandre Chivadze and honorary Vice-President Murtaz Khurtsilava in the government chancellery.

Besides Garibashvili, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Levan Kipiani and Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze also attended this meeting. Sports commentator Jamlet Khukhashvili also was on this meeting.
