Czech national team will be the main opponent of the Georgian basketball team at the qualifying group of Eurobasket 2015. As far as you know, the apprentices of Igor Kokoshkov lost to them 79:95 in the last European Championship. Despite this fact, it is not surprising that the Czechs are most afraid of Georgia.

Czech national team’s new head coach Ronan Ginsburg (Israel) made the comment about the upcoming matches:

“I am not unhappy with the casting. If we meet the next matches without injuries, we have to make through to final. The main fight we will have against Georgian team, which we defeated last Eurobasket, however, then Zaza Pachulia of “Milwaukee” has not played. Georgians have a very good team”.

Ginsburg made comment about the number of teams in the group and the calendar: “In my opinion, it os good that we are in 4-team group. The number of matches are growing and this is good. The bad thing is that we have the first meeting in Tbilisi. The match will be very difficult, however, if everything goes as it is planned, there would not be impossible to win”.

Recall that besides Georgia and Czech Republic, Portugal and Hungary also will participate in the qualifying circle’s E group of Eurobasket 2015. Georgian basketball players will have the opening match against Czech Republic on August 10 and the response match will be held on August 20.
