“Metallurg” Rustavi will have a new head coach. Tamar Dachiberadze, head of “Torpedo” press service, informed “World Sport” that contract of Giorgi Kipiani has expired and the club did not continue collaboration with him.
“Gela Sanaia will be a new head coach. Details are left to agree with him”, - Tamar Dachiberadze told us.
Kipiani was appointed as a head coach last autumn. The club finished the season in the 7th place and made through to semifinal of Cup.
As for Sanaia, he is a young coach, like Kipiani. Sanaia has worked for “Lokomotive” Tbilisi. Several months ago Gerard Zaragoza of Spain replaced him. The Spaniard is in “Torpedo” Kutaisi now.
