The results of the 16th round of Super League make advantage of leaders more obvious. "Merani" Martvili was hosting "Guria" Lanchkhuti and won 3:0. Also, "Gagra" held a home match but players of Anatoli Poskovets could not manage to beat "Dinamo" Batumi - 1:1. Host Tkeshelashvili scored the first goal at the 5th minute. Batsikadze from "Dinamo" scored the second goal at the added time of the first half.
After beating "Chkherimela" 2:1 in Kharagauli, "Gori" moved to the third place. The match between "Adeli" and "Chikhura" finished surprisingly. In spite of several attempts of the guests, "Chikhura" gained only one point - 0:0.
Another match of the round was held in Saguramo where "Lokomotive" Tbilisi hosted "Skuri" Tsalenjikha and won 3:1. It is worth mentioning, that the guests could not use a penalty.
Other matches of the round will be held on November 29.

After 4 rounds two outsider clubs fall down in first league in XXIII Championship. An the club which will win the 8th place will play against the third place-owner and in case of win will remain in the first league.
Clubs which will take the 16th and the 17th places will leave First League. These clubs will be replaced by winners in West and East zones of Second League.
