The Georgian U-19 football team coached by Vasil Maisuradze will participate in the tournament which will take place in Portugal on April 16-20.

According to the press office of the Georgian Football Federation, Maisuradze took the following players to Porto:

Goalkeepers: Beka Kurdadze, Oto Goshadze (both “Saburtalo”).

Defenders: Giorgi Gabadze (“Lokomotiv”, Tbilisi), Aleksandre Gureshidze, Otar Kakabadze, Giga Samkharadze (all “Dinamo” Tbilisi), Giorgi Tevzadze, Jemal Tabidze (both “Saburtalo”), Lasha Dvali (“Skonto”, Latvia), Tsotne Keburia (“Dila 2”, Gori).

Midfielders: Levan Shengelia, Giorgi Beridze (both “Dila 2”, Gori), Giorgi Aburjania, Giorgi Gorozia, Luka Kikabidze (all “Lokomotiv”, Tbilisi), Giorgi Kharaishvili (“Saburtalo”), Archil Meskhi (“Dinamo” Tbilisi).

Forwards: Davit Jikia, Luka Zarandia (both “Lokomotiv”, Tbilisi), Ilia Kerdzevadze (“Dila 2”, Gori).

The Georgians will depart for Portugal on April 14. Porto will host the tournament. The Georgian U-19 team will play Portugal, Czech Republic and Russia.
