"Lokomotive" beat "Lelo" 16:11 in the final of the 22nd Georgian National Rugby Championship and returned the title of the strongest team of Georgia.
"Lokomotive" had advantage in the first half. The team scored one try in first 40 minutes. Shamutashvili scored this try. Boba Kvinikhidze scored penalties and conversions.
"Lelo" played better in the second half. Lekso Gugava ("Lelo") scored a try. But the situation did not change anyway.
Finally, "Lokomotive" returned the championship which the team lost last year. Former champion "Lelo" took the 2nd place.
