26-year-old Georgian midfielder Sandro Kobakhidze signed a 4-year contract with Ukrainian “Dnipro”. His contract was expiring this December. Some clubs wanted to transfer Sandro but none of them paid the cost which “Dnipro” demanded.

Kobakhidze transferred to “Dnipro” from “Dinamo” Tbilisi in 2008. He played on loan for “Kryvbas” and “Arsenal” Kyiv. After his good play in “Arsenal”, “Dnipro” returned the Georgian this January.

Brazilian Juliano and Ukrainian Konoplianka are opponents of Kobakhidze. Coach Juande Ramos does not trust the Georgian but let us see if the situation will change.
