Tomorrow in the city of France, Nantes Georgian National U-17 Team which competes in the 6th round of Elite Round of European Championship plays against French team.
Georgian U-17 arrived in France yesterday and “World Sport” took an interview from Koba Zhorzhikashvili head coach of the team.
- What kind of situation is in the team and how are you preparing fro the upcoming match?
- Yesterday we arrived here and staying far from 8-10 kilometers from Nant. The journey was tiring. Luca Hufnagel joined us in Paris and Nika Tarkashvili in Nant. Yesterday in the evening we had training, today also and tomorrow we are holding the match.
- How much informed are you about French team?
- We have watched all the three matched what they held in Cyprus. Since March 20 French team is in Nantes.
- Giorgi Arabuli is injured, it changes your playing scheme, does it?
- Of course it does. Arabuli’s absence is huge loss. We have 4 candidates who will play instead of him. Defense and midfield line do not change.
- Does Arabuli’s absence reduce chance of going through the group?
- Of course the chance is reduced now, but it des not mean that we do not have chance at all. We will do our best.
The Georgia-France match is held at 22:00 Tbilisi time. The referee is Greek Anastasios Sidiropolus. On the same day are held matches between Belarus and Norway. Only one winner of the group goes through the final at 2012 European Championship.
