British Bleacherreport has published the list of the best dribblers. Note: there are not active soccer players in this list, so there are not Leo Messi, Ronaldy, Tiery Henry, Ronaldiohno.. but in stead of it Georgian Giorgi Kinkladze one of the best soccer players in history of independent Georgia  and legend of “Manchester City” is in the 31th place.
“Kinkladze made fantastic dribbling against “Southampton” and scored a goal. One of the best was goal from standard kick against “Swindon” too. Kinkaldze was great at dribbling”- states British periodical.
