“Reading” of Zurab Khizanishvili beat “Everton” Liverpool 1:0 in the 5th round of English Football Association Cup. Georgian defender played during the whole match.
In the previous round, “Everton” won over “Chelsea” London and was considered as a favorite against “Reading”. But “Everton” could do nothing against the goal of Matthew Mills.
Khizanishvili was playing in defence with Mills and 4 minutes before the goal, he received yellow card.
About 30 000 spectators attended the match at “Goodison Park”.
In ¼ final of Association Cup, “Reading” will play against the winner between “Manchester City” and “Aston Villa”. This match will be held today night.
