In the first circle, Kalashnikova and Buryachok beat South African Natalie Grendin and American Alison Riske 4:6, 6:4, 10:4 and in the ¼ final they lost to Spaniards (Lara Aruabarena/Silvia Soler-Espinosa) 5:7, 1:6 and gained 60 ranking points.
