Oksana Kalashnikova Georgian tennis player celebrated the second victory at the tournament which is underway in the capital of Belarus, Minsk (prize money 25 000). In a result of this victory she went through the semi quarter.
Kalashnikova ranked No.5 won over Pole Catarjina Piters 7:6 (12:10), 6:2 in the first round, in the 1/8 final she beat Ekaterina Zehalevich of Belarus 6:0, 6:2.
In the semi quarter her opponent will be Slovak Kristina Kuchova, who held quite difficult two matches in Minsk. Kuchova won over Russian Elena Bovina 7:6 (7:4), 4:6, 6:2 and Ukrainian Anastasia Vasileva 3:6, 6:2, 6:1.
20-year-old Kalashnikova is on the 207th place in WTA rating and her peer Slovak player is on the 234th place.
