Georgian Oksana Kalashnikova and Polish Paula Kanya overcame the first circle of international tournament in Istanbul (Turkey, 250 000 USD).

Kalashnikova and Kanya won over Ukrainian sisters – Ludmila and Nadia Kichenoks 6:7 (3:7), 6:4, 10:8.

Oksana and Paula earned 60-60 points and made through to the quarterfinal. Their opponent will be the winner among Ukrainian (Bageltzimer-Savchuk) and Romanian-Jewish (Olare-Peer) duets.
