In semifinal the Georgian-Latvian duet defeated the Turkish tennis players Basak Eraydin and Melis Sezer 6:1, 6:1. In the final they will play the Brits – Jocelyn Rae and Anna Smith.
In ¼ final of singles draw No.8 seed Kalashnikova lost to Kamila Kerimbayeva of Kazakhstan 3:6, 3:6.
The international tournament (10 000 USD) goes on in Qatar where Georgian top seed Nikoloz Basilashvili is participating.
In ¼ final of singles draw No.3 seed Georgian lost to Michael Shabaz of America 2:6, 3:6. In doubles draw Nikoloz lays more successfully.
Basilashvili and Yahor Yatsyk of Belarus won over Tihomir Grozdanov of Bulgaria and Matthieu Roy of France 6:3, 6:3. In the final they will face Evan Hoyt of Britain and Skander Mansouri of Tunis.
