- What do you think about Slovenian team?
- It is a good team and players have been playing together for a long time. Today we have won. We played well. But this was only a friendly match, was not it? We are happy that we won.
- Do you think Slovenia has a chance to go through Euro-2012?
- In my opinion, they have. Georgia also has a chance. Football is sometimes a strange sport and is depended on moments. We have a chance and we must use it.
- You have not visited Slovenia for the first time. Do you remember your first visit?
- Yes, I do. I was playing for "Dinamo" Kiev. But today's match is different from that one. That was a club. Now I played in the team.
- You have played in the name of the team in Slovenia.
- Of course, I remember. We lost 1:2. I do not remember details. It was a long time ago.
- Georgian team had a good start at the qualifying round. Did you expect such result?
- It was expected because we have many young players. Also, we have a new coach. We have not lost a match this year. This is very important but we will hold main matches next year. We are expecting better result.
- 5 Slovenian players are playing in Serie A. Do you know them?
- I know Josip Ilic and Armin Bacinovic. They are playing in "Palermo". Also I know goalkeeper Samir Handanovic. I almost know all players who have played in Serie A.
- You are considered as a legend of "Milan" and you probably watched "Derby de la Madonina" on Sunday.
- Yes, I watched it on TV. "Genoa" won in Cagliani on that day. I was playing and did not have time to attend the match at "San Siro". It is good, that "Milan" won. "Rossoneri" has formed as a good team and I think, the team has a real chance to win Scudetto.
- You played in "Milan" for a long time. Was not it difficult for you to leave the team?
- Of course, it was difficult. I have almost played 10 years for "Milan". I have won everything. So, it was difficult for me to leave the team. But it is good, that I am in "Genoa" now. Everyone greeted me warmly there. "Genoa" is a friendly team. I am playing constantly and it is important for me.
