High qualified Iranian taekwondo specialists are in Tbilisi. Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs and Georgian Taekwondo Federation invited them.
Iranian specialists attended Georgian Championship which was held on December 4-5 in the gym of the ministry. They were satisfied with why they had seen. Taekwondo Federation will sign contract with Iranian coaches and will pay attention to gaining licences of London Olympic Games.
Davit Namgalauri, secretary of minister of Sport and Youth Affairs, and Giorgi Korokhashvili, president of Taekwondo Federation, attended Georgian Championship. According to Namgalauri, Iranian Jaffar Fatih will work in some Georgian age teams with several assistants.
Ministry will do its best that Georgian sportsmen can compete successfully in this Olympic sport.
It is worth mentioning, that Georgian Championship was held with modern techniques and new taekwondo stock. About 400 sportsmen participated in the championship.
