History of Slovenian Debuts and Records

Georgian National Team with beating Slovenian National Team (2:1) finished 2010 season. “Crusandars” did their best and fulfiled their mission. It is interesting how unexpected success will be estimated by FIFA. As far as you know there was published the last rating of FIFA-Coke Cola on December 15 and Georgians made impressive leap. At the end of the year National Team was on the 124th place and in November classification they were on the 78th place. But Slovenian team which was defeated by Georgian Team kept high position and that’s why Georgians will be advanced well. The balance is the following – 46 wins, 33 draws, 80 loses, the difference of goals 186:242.

On Wednesday the only player took part against Slovenian National Team which played against it last match. This player was a captain Kakha Kaladze, who played against Slovenian National Team in both matches. Kaladze played full time. As for a head coach Ketsbaia, he played against Slovenian National Team in 1994 as a defender (0:1). So this match was revenge.
Ketsbaia and Kaladze managed to break some records in Georgian football. Georgian National Team has not lost match in 2010 year. It is precedent in Georgian Football.  Ketsbaia repeated the results of two Georgian specialists – Davit Kipiani and Vladimer Gutsaevi’s result.  1197-1998 Georgian team did not loose 8 matches. As for Kaladze of “Genoa” he played 42th match as a captain of team. In this success, Giorgi Nemsadze had the same showings 1992-2004, he played 68 times and in 42 matches he was a captain.
This match was quite well for debutants. Ketbsia let five debutants to take part in this match. Those players are the following: Khubuti, Khojava, Guruli, Kakubava, Okriashvili and one of the debutants scored a goal.
