A 20-year-old Luba Golovina successfully started participation in World Trampoline Championship which is underway in the city of France, Metz. Georgian sportswoman collected 68.100 points at qualifying tournament and took the 7th place. After this, she won a right to compete in the final.
Four Chinese sportswomen were in top 5 of qualifying tournament. But only two representatives of one country were allowed to go through the final tournament. So, last Beijing Olympic champion Viena He (70.000) who took the third place and fifth-placed Xingping Zhong lost the tournament.
Prize winner of Olympic Games Shanshan Huang (71.500) had the best result on the first day of the tournament. Dan Li (70.800) was in the second place. Golovina who took the 7th place and was the 5th in the final. Tengiz Koshkadze was competing in the name of Georgia at men's tournament. But he was injured at one of the trainings and could not manage to show a good result. Koshkadze was in the 66th place with 42.500 points among 87 participants. Of course, he was left beyond the final.
