As “World Sport” has been informed Giorgi Popkhadze 24-year-old left wing defender has singed agreement with “Zestaponi”.  He was playing in “Viborg” Denmark since 19-year-old and was named the best player of season twice.
Last year in November Giorgi left “Viborg” and was training in “Dinamo” Tbilisi and held test matches. Soon he has gone to “Krylia” Samara, bur could not manage to continue career there. Such unsuccessfully ended possible relations with “Sheriff” of Moldova.  
Popkhadze played for Georgian National Team several times, he held 7 matches in 2006-2009. He was playing as left, central defender and left midfielder for National Team. According to our information the agreement among Popkhadze and “Zestaponi” will be signed for principle of 6 months + 2 years.
