On April 12-17, Yerevan hosted international tournament organized by president of Armenian Olympic Committee Gagik Tsarukyan. Georgian boxing team of Ramaz Paliania competed in the tournament with representatives of 15 countries and won 4 bronze medals.

Aleksandre Chechelyan (Akhalkalaki) won bronze medal in 49 kg, Iago Kiziria (Poti) – in 81 kg, Irakli Gvenetadze (Kutaisi) and Venetik Kazaryan (Akhaltsikhe) won bronze medals in 91 kg.

From April 28 to May 8, Georgian boxers will hold meeting in the capital of Kazakhstan, Alma Ata. On May 9, they will start participation in international tournament.
